Case Notes

This case involves a 50-year-old male patient, weighing 220 lbs, who underwent a combination of gynecomastia surgery, liposuction, and a tummy tuck planned together as a single surgical session. The gynecomastia was classified as Type 3, and the plan addressed excess tissue in the chest alongside fat deposits across the abdomen, flanks, and waist. In the after photo, the chest wall sits flatter and the abdominal and flank contours show a visible reduction in soft tissue volume compared to the before image. Combining these procedures allowed the surgical team to address the chest and midsection in one recovery period rather than staging them separately. Shown with the patient’s written consent.
