Brazilian Butt Lift #43134

This 35-year-old patient underwent a combined Brazilian Butt Lift and tummy tuck, with the after photo taken at two months post-op. Using the tumescent technique, three liters of fat were removed by liposuction — primarily from the abdominal area, as the front-view photos show — while one liter of tissue was removed surgically as part of the tummy tuck. Two liters of the harvested fat were then processed and grafted to the buttocks. Combining these two procedures allowed the surgical plan to address both the abdomen and the gluteal region in a single operative setting. The two-month after photo shows the torso and waistline with noticeably less abdominal fullness and a visibly flatter midsection still in the early stages of healing.
