Case Notes
At four weeks post-op, you can see the early results of a combined tummy tuck and liposuction performed on a 35-year-old patient weighing 135 lbs. The plan addressed multiple areas in a single surgical session — the abdomen, waist, hips, flanks, thighs, buttocks, arms, and neck — with approximately 500cc of fat removed through liposuction. The tummy tuck component targeted the abdominal wall directly, while the liposuction extended the contouring work across the additional areas listed. The after photo shows the torso noticeably slimmer through the midsection, with the arms and thighs also reflecting early post-operative changes. Keep in mind that healing at four weeks is still ongoing. Save this case to your Favorites ❤️ and bring it to your consultation to discuss whether this approach suits your anatomy.
