This 49-year-old patient underwent a deep plane facelift combined with upper and lower blepharoplasty, laser skin resurfacing, and BOTOX Cosmetic injections to the glabellar lines and forehead — a coordinated plan addressing the face, eyelids, and skin texture together. The deep plane facelift works at a deeper tissue level than a standard facelift, repositioning the underlying muscular layer rather than skin alone. Upper and lower blepharoplasty addressed both eyelid areas, while laser skin resurfacing targeted overall skin surface quality. BOTOX Cosmetic rounded out the plan by treating dynamic lines between the brows and across the forehead. The after photo is taken at two months post-op, when healing is still ongoing.
