This breast augmentation with lift case involved 300cc Mentor silicone gel implants placed submuscularly through a periareolar incision, combined with a periareolar lift technique. The patient, weighing 132 lbs, wore a D cup before surgery and remained in a D cup after, reflecting a plan focused on shape and position rather than a significant size change. The anatomical, high-projection implants were selected to work with the patient’s existing frame.
